DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT AND MICROCHIPS Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $10,520 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, to be used for the following: *$520.00 for the purchase of microchips for dogs returned to their owners. *$10,000.00 for the treatment of shelter animals whose medical needs require additional or supplemental medications and/or veterinary treatment that cannot be provided by Animal Care & Control. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-091-D-00)
