DONATIONS IN EXCESS OF $250 FOR MARCH 2019 Accept the unrestricted monetary donations of $292 from Anonymous, $340 from Jillian Scott, $400 from Mark Oreskovich, $402 from Anonymous, $439 from the Nationwide Foundation, $450 from Anonymous, $750 from Randy Hundleys Baseball Camps, Inc., and $5,000 from the Virginia Piper Trust, for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-094-D-00)
