33. DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MICROCHIPS Accept the restricted donation in the amount of $510 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, for the purchase of microchips to be used for stray dogs being returned to their owners, providing them with an important piece of identification. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-106-D-00)
