DONATIONS FOR MAY 2019 Accept the following unrestricted, monetary donations in excess of $250: Nationwide Foundation ($293), District #4 Mesa Unified School ($300), Heidi Hunsaker ($342), Arizona Desert Elementary ($500), Drusilla Wylie ($500), Jennifer PIlato ($500), Reformed Holdings ($500), Elevator Solutions Arizona ($500), and Benevity Community Impact Fund ($6,054), for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-116-D-00)
