34. DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR MICROCHIPS, MEDICAL EXPENSES AND ADOPTION FEES Accept the restricted monetary donation of $17,150 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, for the following: *$15,000 for the treatment of shelter animals whose medical needs require additional or supplemental medications, and/or veterinary treatment that cannot be provided by Animal Care & Control. *$1,000 for adoption fees during a Two Pups sponsored event. *$1,150 for the purchase of microchips to be used for stray dogs returned to their owners, providing an important piece of identification. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-19-120-D-00)
