46. DONATION FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND FOR SHELTER MEDICAL NEEDS Accept the restricted monetary donation of $10,000 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation, for medical needs and testing related to the recent outbreak of Canine Distemper Virus. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-008-D-00)
