DONATIONS IN EXCESS OF $250 FOR JULY 2019 Accept the unrestricted monetary donations of Morgan Correia ($300), Matt Horn ($300), Patricia Rocha ($300), Marlyn White ($375), Nationwide Foundation ($439), Jennifer Gluth ($500), Severin Goodwin ($500), Gregory Merrel ($500), Regina Barro ($500), Anonymous ($800), Joyce Lesniewski ($1,000), Allstate ($1,074), Truist Comprehensive Distribution ($1,082), Dave and Busters ($1,500), Josef Schwartz, M.D. ($3,000), and Shirts N Things ($3,065), totaling $15,235 for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-012-D-00)
