DONATIONS FROM CHERYL HOYER AND EDDIE YICK Accept the restricted monetary donations in the amount of $300 from Cheryl Hoyer, and $1,000 from Eddie Yick, which donations are to be used specifically for items and/or equipment to help keep the animals cool during the summer months. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
