DONATION FROM BISSELL PET FOUNDATION FOR ADOPTION FEES Accept the restricted monetary donation of $23,065 from Bissell Pet Foundation for payment of adoption fees of one hundred and sixty-one (161) dogs and nineteen (19) cats during a Bissell sponsored shelter adoption event. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-017-D-00)
