AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE TOWN OF CAREFREE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve and authorize the First Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Town of Carefree (Town) and Maricopa County (County), administered through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (ACC), for animal control services. This First Amendment modifies the term of the Agreement, clarifies County authority, and updates the menu of services provided to the Town. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. (C-79-20-019-3-01)
