DONATION FROM ARIZONA CARDINALS FOOTBALL CLUB FOR ADOPTION FEES Accept the restricted monetary donation in the amount of $500 from the Arizona Cardinals Football Club to be used for payment of the adoption fees of shelter animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
