SEPTEMBER 2019 DONATIONS Accept the unrestricted monetary donations of Barbara Green ($300), Tracy Cashmore ($400), Nationwide Foundation ($439), Jennifer Gluth ($500), Roger Ellis ($500), Snooze AM Eatery ($1,224), and Pershing LLC ($1,500), totaling $4,863 for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-046-D-00)
