48. PARTNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH GREATERGOOD.ORG Approve and execute a Partner Participation Agreement between GreaterGood.org (GGO) and Maricopa County, through Animal Care & Control (MCACC), allowing MCACC to apply for funding and/or in-kind Grant opportunities. GreaterGood.org is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization which raises funds and provides support to many types of organizations, including animal welfare organizations. This Agreement will permit MCACC, as a “Partner Organization”, to apply for and receive funding and/or in-kind Grant product opportunities that arise from time to time through GGO. In return for these opportunities, MCACC agrees to use the funds/in-kind Grant products as restricted by GGO, unless granted written permission to deviate from the intended use, provide GGO with any requested reporting concerning funds/in-kind Grant products received, return unused funds to GGO if provided with a written request, and from time to time provide agreed upon media marketing assets, such as logo’s, photographs, stories, and videos for GGO’s use in fundraising activities. This Agreement shall remain in effect for a (2) year period following execution by GreaterGood.org, unless modified or terminated as set forth in the Agreement. (C-79-20-052-3-00)
