DONATIONS FOR POLICE & PAWS PROJECT ADOPTIONS FEES Accept the restricted monetary donations of ASAP Professional Maintenance ($300) and the Phoenix Law Enforcement Association ($500), for payment of adoption fees of shelter dogs sponsored by the Police & Paws Project. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-055-D-00)
