52. DONATION FROM CPI, INC. D/B/A PUPPIES 'N LOVE Accept the restricted donation of $300 from CPI, Inc. d/b/a Puppies 'N Love to be used for sponsorship of shelter animal adoption fees. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
