DONATION FROM CANINE COMMUNITY PROJECT FOR MICROCHIPS Accept the restricted monetary donation of $385 from the Community Canine Project, LLC, for the purchase of microchips to be used for stray animals that are returned to their owners, providing an important piece of identification. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-058-D-00)
