54. DONATIONS FROM TWO PUPS WELLNESS FUND Accept the following restricted monetary donations from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation: *$1,043 for the purchase of microchips to be used for stray animals that are returned to their owners, providing an important piece of identification. *10,000 for the medical treatment of shelter animals whose needs require additional or supplemental medications, testing, and/or veterinary care that cannot be provided by MCACC. *$22,744 for the purchase of surgical lights in both the East and West shelter clinics. This generous donation will provide clinic staff with much needed additional lighting during surgeries and other procedures. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-060-D-00)
