13. DONATIONS FROM THE COMMUNITY CANINE PROJECT LLC Accept the following restricted monetary donations from the Community Canine Project, LLC: *$620 for the purchase of microchips for stray dogs returned to their owners, providing an important piece of identification. *$10,000 for the construction of a play yard for the benefit of the dogs located at the West shelter. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-063-D-00)
