12. DONATIONS FOR POLICE & PAWS PROJECT Accept the restricted donations of Arizona Elevator Solutions, Inc. ($500), and Kim Morgan ($501), in payment of adoption fees for shelter dogs sponsored by the Police and Paws Project. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-065-D-00)
