15. DONATION FROM LOVEPUP FOUNDATION FOR MICROCHIPS Accept the restricted monetary donation of $8,346 from the LovePup Foundation for the purchase of microchips. This donation allows shelter animals not already chipped to receive this important piece of identification. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-066-D-00)
