17. DONATION FROM 4 PAWS AND FRIENDS Accept the in-kind donation of enrichment items, including various toys and treats, for the benefit of the dogs and cats housed at the West shelter. This donation is valued at $3,428. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-068-D-00)
