14. DONATIONS FROM 4 PAWS AND FRIENDS Accept the in-kind donations by 4 Paws and Friends of various items including, food, treats, toys, collars, leashes, dog beds, blankets, dog bowls, and Thanksgiving dinner for the West shelter dogs and cats, as well as dog houses for the benefit of ACC's Pet Help program, for a total value of $6,920. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-071-D-00)
