15. DONATIONS OF PET FOOD Accept the following in-kind donations of pet food received in December 2019: 1. Forty-eight (48) large bags of dog food, valued at $1,144, from Marsell Zaborek. 2. Twenty-four (24) pallets of mixed animal food, valued at $6,192, from GreaterGood.org, through its Rescue Bank program. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-073-D-00)
