16. BUDGET ADJUSTMENT FOR ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL Approve the following appropriation adjustments to increase Q791, a one-time transfer of funds, from $638,520 to $956,950. A) Increase revenue appropriation for Animal Care and Control (D790) Animal Control License/Shelter Fund (572) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount $318,430. B) Increase expenditure appropriation for Animal Care and Control (D790) Animal Control Field Operations Fund (574) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount $318,430. C) Offsetting revenue and expenditures adjustments for the fund transfer in the Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring Non Project (NRNP) in the amount $318,430.
