14. DONATIONS ABOVE $250 FOR JANUARY 2020 Accept the unrestricted monetary donations of anonymous lock box donations ($271), Nationwide Foundation ($731), William Seitter ($1,000), Oakwood Ladies Golf League ($2.535), Geraldine McCuan ($4,904), totaling $9,441 for the care of the animals. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-079-D-00)
