16. DONATIONS IN EXCESS OF $1,000 FOR JANUARY 2020 Accept the following non-cash donations in excess of $1,000 for January 2020: *1 pallet of pet food, valued at $1,050, from an anonymous donor. *62 cases of dog treats, valued at $2,600, from Bissell Pet Foundation. *216 cases of dog treats, valued at $6,169, from Tyson Pet Treats. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-081-D-00)
