17. DONATION FROM 4 PAWS AND FRIENDS Accept the non-cash donation from 4 Paws and Friends of high value treats, dog food, and enrichment items benefitting the animals at the West shelter. This donation is valued at $4,657. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-082-D-00)
