DONATIONS VALUED ABOVE $1,000 FOR FEBRUARY 2020 Accept the following in-kind donations valued in excess of $1,000 for February 2020: *8 pallets of dog food, valued at $10,786, from Bissell Pet Foundation. *Enrichment treats, collars, leashes, and dog beds, valued at $8,304, from the Eastside Elves. *Enrichment treats, toys, and collars, valued at $4,014, from 4 Paws and Friends. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-20-087-D-00)
