RESTRICTED CASH DONATIONS FOR JUNE 2020 Accept the following restricted cash donations received in June 2020 from Two Pups Wellness Fund, through the Arizona Community Foundation: *$755 for the purchase of microchips to be used for stray animals that are returned to their owners; and *$28,500 for the medical treatment of shelter animals whose needs require additional or supplemental medications, testing, and/or veterinary care that cannot be provided by MCACC. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-21-002-X-00 )
