UNRESTRICTED CASH DONATIONS FOR JUNE 2020 Accept the unrestricted cash donations, for the care of the animals, from Nationwide Foundation ($300), Patricia Rocha ($379), Sherry Marx ($425), Jennifer Gluth ($500), Linda Widner ($750), Trevor Chapman ($800), Trilogy at Vistancia Community Association ($841), Danielle Ivanova ($1,000), and the Benevity Community Impact Fund ($7,342), totaling $12,337. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-21-003-X-00 )
