SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF GOODYEAR Approve and execute the Second Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for animal control services between the City of Goodyear (City) and Maricopa County (County), administered through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC).
