SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE IGA WITH THE TOWN OF GILBERT FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve and execute the Second Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement for animal control services between the Town of Gilbert (Town) and Maricopa County (County), administered through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC).
