THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CITY OF TEMPE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve and execute the Third Amendment to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for animal control services between the City of Tempe (City) and Maricopa County (County), administered through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (MCACC). The Third Amendment modifies the term of the Agreement, clarifies County Authority, and updates the menu of services provided to the City.
