DONATIONS FROM COMMUNITY CANINE PROJECT AND EAST SIDE ELVES Accept the in-kind donations of 250 various types of pet toys from Community Canine Project valued at $1,542.60; and in-kind donation of pet supplies from East Side Elves valued at $2,089.00. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law.
