DONATIONS OF DOG TREATS Accept the in-kind donations of 76 packages of various types of dog treats from Community Canine Project valued at $1,389.79; and in-kind donation of 93 packages of various types of dog treats received from the public through Canine Community Project valued at $1,442.81. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore , expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-21-183-X-00)
