DONATIONS FROM FOUR PAWS AND FRIENDS AND LOST DOGS ARIZONA Accept the in-kind donation of various types of dog treats from Four Paws and Friends valued at $3,148.79; and the in-kind donation of 270 various types of dog collars received from Lost Dogs Arizona valued at $1,002.28. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-21-193-X-00)
