DONATIONS FOR APRIL 2021 Accept the following in-kind donations valued in excess of $1,000: * 49 rolls of replacement fabric to repair Kuranda dog beds from One Love Pit Bull Foundation, valued at $1,417.23. * Various types of dog treats from Community Canine Project, valued at $1,605.42; and various types of dog treats received from the public through Canine Community Project, valued at $2,755.61. * Various types of dogs treats from East Side Elves, valued at $4,622.38. * Dog toy donations from Arizona Animal Rescue Mission, valued at $1,237.43 Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-21-228-X-00)
