41.NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH FOREVER LOVED PET SANCTUARY, INC. Approve an agreement between Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary, Inc. and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, to allow said rescue to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor.

41. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH FOREVER L OVED PET SANCTUARY, INC. Approve an agreement between Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary, Inc. and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, to allow said rescue to transfer animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag, and new owner transfer fee within the first year of transfer for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $52 for each a nimal transferred in FY 2022 and thereafter. Animal Care and Control estimates thirty (30) New Hope transfers annually, for a total of $1,560 per year, over the term of the agreement. The term of this agreement shall commence upon approval and execution by the Board and will expire on March 10, 2025. (C-79-22-140-X-00)
