SHELTERING AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF GUADALUPE FOR ANIMAL SERVICES Approve a Sheltering Agreement and an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and the Town of Guadalupe for animal sheltering and control services. The initial term of the agreement provides services from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027 with the option of renewals as set forth in paragraph 5 of the Sheltering Agreement and paragraph 4 of the IGA. The Town of Guadalupe agrees to pay the annual sum of $6,054 for sheltering services provided during the initial term of the Agreement, as set forth in Appendix A of the Agreement; and agrees to pay the annual sum of $31,343 for animal control services provided during the initial term of the IGA Agreement, as set forth in Appendix A of the Agreement.
