SHELTERING AND INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH TOWN OF PARADISE VALLEY FOR ANIMAL SERVICES Approve a Sheltering Agreement and an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and Town of Paradise Valley for animal sheltering and control services. The initial term of the agreement provides services from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2027 with the option of renewals as set forth in paragraph 5 of the Sheltering Agreement and paragraph 4 of the IGA. The Town of Paradise Valley agrees to pay the annual sum of $0 for sheltering services provided during the initial term of the Agreement, as set forth in Appendix A of the Agreement; and agrees to pay the annual sum of $6,320 for animal control services provided during the initial term of the IGA Agreement, as set forth in Appendix A of the Agreement.
