34. ANIMAL CARE DONATIONS FUND BUDGET ADJUSTMENT In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106 (B), authorize the following adjustments to the FY 2022 Budget: Increase the revenue and expenditure authority for the Animal Care and Control (D790) Animal Care Donations Fund (575) Operating (OPER) by $137,078 due to a recent increase of cash and in-kind donations and anticipated incoming donations. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and, therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. Approval of these actions will have an overall net impact of $0 to the County Budget and does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105.
