51. THE JODY A. KOSOW IRREVOCABLE TRUST APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTING AND RELEASE Approve and execute documents relating to the upcoming fourth and final distribution of the Jody A. Kosow Irrevocable Trust ("Trust"), of which Animal Care & Control is a beneficiary. Trustees, Condit and Associates, LLC, have provided documents setting forth the accounting and distribution of the Trust, including the Approval of Accounting Release, which require the approval and signatures of the beneficiaries prior to final distribution. Condit and Associates, LLC anticipates distributing the fourth and final distribution to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control after September 22, 2022, and the distribution of funds is contingent upon the approval and execution of these documents by all of the beneficiaries. The fourth and final distribution from the Trust to Maricopa County Animal Care & Control will be brought separately before the Board for acceptance. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-22-194-X-00)
