PETSMART CHARITIES ADOPTION PARTNER AGREEMENT Approve the PetSmart Charities Adoption Partner Grant Agreement (the “Agreement”) between PetSmart Charities, Inc. and Maricopa County Animal Care and Control (the “Adoption Partner”) for the purpose to help facilitate and provide a location to facilitate adoptions of cats and dogs in-store and through special events. The Adoption Partner Agreement will begin upon approval and execution by the Board of Supervisors and may terminate, with or without cause, with a thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party.
