DONATIONS FOR JUNE 2021 Accept the in-kind donation of various dog treats received on June 2, 2021 from Community Canine Project valued at $2,937.28; in-kind donation of various types of dog treats received on June 6, 2021 from East Side Elves valued at $,2,038.13; in-kind donation of various types of dog toys received on June 6, 2021 from East Side Elves valued at $3,165.00; and in-kind donation of 180 packages of pork chomps from Four Paws and Friends valued at $1,274.00. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-22-245-X-00)
