Trustees, Condit and Associates, LLC, have provided documents setting forth the accounting and distribution of the Trust, including the Approval of Accounting Release, and a Third Partial Distribution Calculation, which require the approval and signatures of the beneficiaries.

37. THE JODY A. KOSOW IRREVOCABLE TRUST THIRD DISTRIBUTION Approve and execute documents relating to the third distribution of the Jody A. Kosow Irrevocable Trust ("Trust"), of which Animal Care & Cont rol is a beneficiary. Trustees, Condit and Associates, LLC, have provided documents setting forth the accounting and distribution of the Trust, including the Approval of Accounting Release, and a Third Partial Distribution Calculation, which require the ap proval and signatures of the beneficiaries. Accept an unrestricted, distribution of Trust funds to Maricopa County Animal Care and Control in the amount of $2,250.00. The distribution of funds is contingent upon the approval and execution of the document s by the beneficiaries. Any additional distributions from the Trust to Maricopa County Animal Care & Control will be brought separately before the Board for acceptance. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Boa rd pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-22-254-X-00)
