DONATIONS FOR JUNE-JULY 2021 Accept the following in-kind donations of various types of dog treats from One Love Pit Bull Foundation, valued at $1,432.90; in-kind donation of various types of dog treats from Community Canine Project, valued at $1,781.02; in-kind donations received from the public through Canine Community Project, valued at $1,511.76, and in-kind donation of 180 packages of pork chomps from Four Paws and Friends, valued at $1274.00. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations and therefore, expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constr aining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-22-255-X-00)
