29. INMATE WORK CONTRACT WITH THE STATE OF ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, REHABILITATION & REENTRY Approve an inmate work contract between the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (“ACDRR”), for and of behalf of its Arizona State Prison Complex – Perryville (ASPC-Perryville) and Maricopa County Animal Care and Control. The inmate work crews provided will support kennel sanitation and normal property maintenance at the East and West Shelters. Inmates working under this contract will not be considered County employees and ACDRR will provide security supervision of the inmates. The term of this agreement shall begin when all signatures are affixed and executed by the parties and shall continue for a period of five (5) years thereafter, unless terminated, canceled, or extended by the parties.
