42. COMPETITION IMPRACTICABLE WITH FIX-ADOPT-SAVE Approve and execute a one-year Competition Impracticable agreement between Animal Care and Control and Fix-Adopt-Save (FAS) to deploy high volume mobile veterinary clinics to underserved areas of the County. FAS provides coordinated mobile clinics to targeted zip codes responsible for the vast majority of animals entering both of our shelters. This agreement will be in effect from March 1, 2023, through February 29, 2024. This agreement will benefit all supervisory districts. (C-79-23-025-X-00)
