Increase the expenditure authority in the Non Departmental (D470) General Fund (100) Non Recurring (NRNP) budget in the transfer line “Animal Care and Control Subsidy” by $617,741. 7. Offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments in the Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Operating (OPER) in the amount of $851,028. 8. Offsetting revenue and expenditure adjustments in the Eliminations (D980) Eliminations Fund (900) Non Recurring (NRNP) in the amount of $617,741. These actions will have a net zero impact on the County-wide budget and do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. Approve the contingency request that will allow ACC to enact MRT updates recommended by HR, as well as to create specialized teams to better care for the pets and provide enhanced services for our adopters. This request will add 16 total positions to provide support to multiple teams. Additionally, some of these positions will be part of a multi-year pilot project at an offsite adoption center. This adoption center has the potential to decrease length of stay and service as many as 3K adoptions annually. (C-79-25-008-X-00)
