NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ONE LOVE ARIZONA: RESCUE, ADVOCACY + STERILIZATION Approve an agreement between One Love Arizona: Rescue, Advocacy + Sterilization and Maricopa County, administered by Maricopa County Animal Care and Control, to allow One Love Arizona: Rescue, Advocacy + Sterilization to participate in the New Hope Program and receive animals deemed eligible for transfer. This agreement outlines the responsibilities of both Parties for the safe transfer of eligible animals from County custody to One Love Arizona: Rescue, Advocacy + Sterilization while awaiting adoption, supporting MCACC’s efforts to reduce shelter population, increase lifesaving outcomes, and expand alternative placement options for homeless animals. The term of this agreement shall commence upon approval and execution by the Board and will expire three years from the date of Board approval. (C-79-26-016-X-00)
